Kate Grosser

Kate Grosser is a Lecturer in Management at La Trobe University, Melbourne, and a Visiting Fellow at the ICCSR, Nottingham. Her research critically engages with CSR from a feminist perspective, examining the relationship between gender mainstreaming and CSR, investigating the gender content of CSR reporting and stakeholder accountability processes, and exploring pluralism within CSR governance from a gender perspective. Her current focus is the relationship between feminist organization theory and CSR. Kate served on the GRI’s Gender Working Group, and as advisor on ‘integrating a gender perspective’ to the UN Special Representative on Human Rights and Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises.
