Co-editor sought for new Principles for Responsible Management Education monograph series

Greenleaf Publishing and the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), a UN backed initiative, are seeking a Book Series Co-editor for a new series on the subject of responsible business practice. The series will publish monographs by one or several authors that develop the research framework and/or deliver practical guidance on responsible management themes for practising managers.

Potential candidates should be currently participating in academic or professional practice that relates to business responsibility, sustainability and ethics. The successful candidate will have the professional network to identify leading authors in the field of responsible business to establish a vibrant and well-respected book series. They will also have the vision and enthusiasm to develop the overall goals of the book series to complement the mission of PRME and Greenleaf Publishing.

The ideal candidate will have editing and publication experience, particularly in developing projects that have contributed to the discipline of responsible management. It is important that the Co-editor can provide constructive feedback to authors on how to shape a book proposal, present original ideas and develop a clear progression of the themes throughout the book. Experience as a series editor is not required.

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates who are based at an institution that is signatory to the PRME initiative or or a UN Global Compact participant.

Please send your CV and a letter of application that states your suitability for the role to Rebecca Marsh (rebecca.marsh@greenleaf-publishing.com) and Oliver Laasch (olaasch@responsiblemanagement.net).

The book series will complement the current book series from PRME and Greenleaf Publishing that focuses on responsible management education.
